The hotel has everything you could need and staff are always helpful and friendly. The food is amazing and lots of options. Kos Town is walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside and electric scooters to hire which are cheap and easy to use. The pools are really nice with lots of sunbeds available and the beach is attached to the hotel. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

good hotel with nice grounds and plenty of pools, right on the beach. Beach is not sand but was fine for our family, 5 and 8 year olds. 10 min taxi into Kos town, about 4kms away.

Pleasent stay in Kos

We were surprisingly upgraded to a suite which was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice..spa was very pleasent. Wifi was a little weak but not a problem because it was only in in reception area. Reception staff were exceptionally efficient. Lots of activities offered for families with kids!

This is a lovely property in a great position right on the beach. It’s not 5 star but a solid 4 star, it’s clean, has good facilities, feels safe and the all-inclusive offering is very good. Would be really good if travelling with kids, maybe not so good for a romantic getaway as a couple because there were a lot of kids even outside of the school holidays. Would definitely recommend the all inclusive as the prices for food and drink are high otherwise. Pools are really nice, beach well kept, but you will need to be up early if you want a lounger by a pool - all claimed by 7am! More easy to get one on the beach, at most times of day

Great exterior, but terrible food

Phenomenal architecture, but food was terrible, pools were freezing, and for some reason the buildings by the left (closer to the beach volleyball area smelled terribly, like improper sewage disposal).

Nice hotel.

Good hotel. Restaurant is a bit overpriced and too hot. Kids club is funtastic. Beautiful grounds. Nice windsurfing for beginners. One lady at the reception is not smiling and a bit rude. Others were nice. Very international.

We had a nice holiday

Very nice hotel - friendly staff and very good breakfast! There are only 2 remarks... -the area around the pool could be more clean. Sand in the pools every day, also in the mornings.... -bring your suitcase at your room yourself - or wait for more than 1 hour.

Very beautiful hotel , on the beach . Lovely clean pools . Amazing staff . Tasty food and drinks. Exceptional kids entertainment . The only problem is a smell coming from outside the hotel but the hotel is dealing with this issue . Check with the hotel before booking . Other than this , possibly one of the best in the world for families .

Very clean. Beautiful landscape gardens. Next to beach. Staff friendly. Bar service needs improving. No bars, restaurants or shops within easy walking distance outside hotel. An information booklet in the room would have been useful.
