It is also 15 minutes walking distance from the ferry port and from Averof Street, where many seafood restaurants are located.
The famous Lambi beaches are only 700 meters away from the studio which is only a rough 7-minutes walk.

Entering through the garden, the apartment consists of a small entrance hall, a bathroom with walk in shower cabinet, The spacious bedroom has 2 beds for friends which can be connected to become a King's Bed for couples.
