This hotel does not deserve any stars went with my 2 teenage kids food shocking doors did not lock shower does now work now. cleaners never turned up No fresh towels Toilets all of them stink and are really dirty staff miserable The entertainment staff did not talk to us once avoid

Resort not at 5stars hotel its 3stars

The staff was so friendly cooperative but the facilities so bad they used plastic cup for rhe juice and all drinks...There are very few drink and snack outlets and they are crowded.the resort not the level of 5 stars its 3 level with all services ..we booked in miramour resort but we surprise it was grand miramor..the juice and all drinks are so bad the drink water not cold ..buildings for set place are hot in enterence and reception rooms there are no cooling aircondation really it was so bad..but in other wise they are They were very generous with early check in at 10am and we went for breakfast and lunch and check out at 12pm and we went for lunch and appetizers in the afternoon and that is a point in their favor

Lors de notre arrivée, la réservation était introuvable il a fallu batailler pour obtenir nos chambres pendant plus d'une heure. Chambres très vieillotes, sanitaires laissant très à désirer, voire sales pour les wc, pas de recharge savon de plein de calcaire. Hôtel vieillissant mais personnel au top.
