Fake advertisement hotel

We just arrived at Meva Hotel Konya, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised a "queen bed," but what we found was a mattress far too small—even for one person! For reference, a standard queen bed should measure at least 152cm x 203cm (60in x 80in), and this was nowhere close to those dimensions. Then, despite our reservation being for a twin bed, neither the receptionist nor the hotel manager helped us switch rooms. We tried calling hotel customer service, but they were absolutely useless: they didn’t solve anything, refused to cancel the reservation, and wouldn’t issue a refund. We plan to file a formal complaint and lawsuit against these scammers for their unprofessional and misleading practices. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This isn’t a hotel its trash! biggest scam

I would like a refund this hotel was terrible! it had a terrible smell the rooms looked nothing like the pictures the temperature was hot the hotel service didn’t help us at all he was rude and disrespectful this is not a hotel its trash id rather sleep in my car then go to this hotel but i had my family with me so I couldn’t and the service didn’t even gave us a chance to have a refund wich we immediately knew it was a scam he knew it was a scam also! you could tell he was guilty but didn’t say anything i wish i looked at this trash hotel before giving my money to waste! And we didn’t stay there thats why we dont have pictures to show you. dont go to this hotel unless you want to smell the sewers.

Awesome hotel, great staff

We arrived at Hotel at 11pm. The man gave us a coffee each after checking in. The room was immaculate, very modern with underfloor heating. (Which was great at it was -4 outside). Breakfast was standard Turkish buffet style. We had booked 2 nights but stopped an extra night as it was such a nice welcoming place. Also it was a great price at £32 a night. 10/10 . Will definitely return. Also in a great location

Language was a barrier. Waiting for staff that speaks English, and room to be ready, but none of these were an obstacle to enjoy our time in Konya. Overall, people, place and activities were incredible amaizing!!!

Hotel in fabulous location which made it very easy to walk around to catch all the main sites to visit in the old town. Rooting around the bizarre was great! Biggest drawback with the hotel is that the detector switch for the corridor lights switches off way too soon and had a nasty habit of switching off when half way down the stairs which is something of a health & safety issue. Breakfast was a bit of a Spartan like affair of cucumber, tomatoe, a boiled egg, bread and condiments with a cup of tea or coffee. That said given the location and the room rate it was still a good deal

The property is very well located centrally. The staff especially Mustafa was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this. The breakfast should have been with more variety. No kettle at the room. Separate heating should have been given for each room. Central floor heating is sometimes insufficient. Rest it's good.

The hotel has excellent view on Mevlana museum and square . You have to assure the view in your reservation. The staff is very friendly specially Defne . Breakfast is very poor but tea is available all the day and there’s a good otopark. The area is amazing with its mosques, open area and two grand bazaars
