I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely organized, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. Two receptionists made comments about me in Turkish, apparently assuming that I would not understand them. As someone who does understand the language, I found their remarks disrespectful and discriminatory. Every guest deserves to be treated with kindness and professionalism, regardless of their background. I hope management addresses this issue, because the hotel itself has great potential and the accommodations were otherwise pleasant.

Ontbijt was te simpel en goedkoop. Somige producten waren niet vers en zagen niet goed uit. Personeel mag ietsje meer lachen. Personeel te serieus en gaar blik. Wij hadden vergrten bjj het boeken te melden voor een kinderbedje daar door kregen we geen kinderbed. Ze deden als of het vol.of geen kinderbed was. Hotel/kamer is wel schoon en netjes.

bina ve odalar yeni konumu da güzel ulaşım açısından anayol güzergahında, kahvaltısı fena değil ama kruvasanları tek kelimeyle mükemmel. Ancak 3 kişilik odaya sürekli 2 kişilik havlu konulmasını, içme suyunun 2 kişilik konmasını, odaların temizliği sadece çarşafları düzlemek değildir yerleri de süpürmek gerekli girdiğimizden çıkana kadar hiç süpürülmemesini de beğenmedim. Bu konular geliştirilebilir.
