J’ai fais 3 nuits dans ce hôtel … Il y à tellement des choses négatifs à dire .. même pas resté 3 nuits comme j’ai prévu .. la chambre correcte avec une toilette pour les handicapés.. APRÉS même pas 10’ avant 15:00 pas le droit de monter à la chambre … Le personnel à la réception a dit n’importe quoi 😮… Après je suis partie de la Suisse en train après en bus pour arriver en Allemagne jusqu’à l’hôtel et avec cette chaleur malgré que j’étais plus tôt à l’hôtel en attendant les 15:00.. ils n’ont pas me demandait si j’avais besoins un verre d’eau etc …. En suite ils attendant que tout le monde fait le check-in de le même moment ainsi que la foule devant la réception .. inutile pour moi ! Tu fais Check in et après tu donnes les clés aux clients .. ainsi tu évites devant la réception que tout le monde arrivent à la chambre des mêmes moments .. je suis une guide touristique .. ainsi que je suis habituée avec des hôtels .. personnel .. bla bla … mais ici c’est la première fois que je fais la critique …. À éviter absolument

L’ensemble du séjour était très agréable ! Seul petit bémol, l’odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain qui était un désagréable en arrivant. Gros point positif le petit déjeuner qui était très bon !

Es war alles super. Das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und der Bus Nummer 6 fährt alle 15 Minuten Richtung Innenstadt. Das einzige was ich nicht so toll fand, dass es nur Nachtvorhänge hat und keine Tagesvorhänge.
