We are very pleased to offer this beautiful apartment Marina situated in one of the best parts of Komiza. only a 2 min walk from best Komiza’s beaches called Bijazizevo and Gusarica ( main beach), 2-3 min walk from the most popular places to eat like Jastozera, Barba, Bako, and only  5 min walk from the city center with all amenities, coffee shops, and beautiful promenade.
The apartment consists of a nice entrance hall, two spacious bedrooms (one of them is an en-suite) spacious kitchen/dining room and an additional bathroom.(Total area is 64 sq.m. or 690 sq.ft. + terrace of 11 sq. m. or 120 sq.ft. designated only for guests of Marina apartment.) The apartment is newly decorated to very high standards. Each of two rooms and the kitchen are equipped with an air conditioner. There are triple glazed windows with special mosquito nets.
The kitchen/ dinning room is equipped with everything from toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, large frost free fridge and TV.
Apartment is surrounded with mature orange and lemon trees in a very quiet area of Komiza.
From one of the bedrooms is a beautiful sea view.
In Marina apartment, you are spoilt with choices.
You can enjoy chilling out in a beautiful front garden under a leafy wine tree, or, if you prefer there is a private terrace only for the use of the guests of Marina apartment where you can chill out in comfy rattan chairs and enjoy a sea view.
