An exceptional flat of 40 metres can accommodate up to 4 people - perfect for a family holiday! The flat consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. It is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee in a unique atmosphere. In addition to the excellent standard of interior finishes and the timeless elegance of the décor, the comfort of each stay is guaranteed by a wide range of amenities. To ensure optimum temperature in all seasons and weather, the flat has air conditioning. Multimedia includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as free Wi-Fi. Extensive kitchen and bathroom facilities make the flat fully sufficient. Guests travelling by car can park for free in a private parking space.

There are also many parks and green areas in the vicinity of Maczka Street, which provide beautiful scenery for long walks on warm summer afternoons. There is also an outdoor gym on the estate, and something that families with children will certainly appreciate - a safe playground.
