Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Stay away from this place. Took us 2h to get the keys, no body know nothing, no info. They blocked the room keys because we did not pay the garage fees, which was included in the rental, , because we need place to stay and park the car. Very unfriendly costumer service, so no ,I never expected or experienced welcome like this. BUT THIS IS POLAND, nothing changed. Never again I will rent from company like this. Hotel only with downstairs reception. . We travel to Poland from Canada. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I did put complaint, but this is May 26th and as of now no respond. What a customer service !. Place was not bad, apartment was clean, but damaged, balcony not cleaned, grass growing on the floor. Good for taking some rabbits on holiday too. I CAN STRESS AGAIN - Find other place!!!
