This centrally Poipu located Hawaiian home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, AC & private heated pool is the perfect way to explore beautiful Kauai. This home is the pinnacle of indoor/outdoor living with it's telescoping doors opening up to the outdoor pool area surrounded by tropical gardens. We have two outdoor showers, numerous lanais, Brazilian floors and a chef's kitchen with private temperature controlled wine room--hire the chef and unwind at the pool!

Guest access:
- Guests will have access to the main house, garage, pool, back & front yard, workout/fitness equipment located in the garage, and entire property other than a few locked supply closets

This expansive 3,400 sq ft villa offers spacious living for families & large groups wanting indoor/outdoor living and those aloha vibes. This villa is exceptionally Ohana friendly, offering a dedicated bunk room, a private pool, and a garage full of fitness equipment and adventure gear like children's bikes, scooters, snorkeling gear and beach toys.

There are three king en-suites within the home, along with an additional guest room featuring another king bed as well as a kids bunk room (6 bunks) totaling 5 spacious bedrooms. We also have two pack n plays as well as a pull out queen sleeper.

The chef's kitchen is open and ready for you to prepare those island inspired meals for the whole family to enjoy! The kitchen features a Sub Zero fridge, 5 burner gas range, BBQ lanai, breakfast bar, two sinks and every appliance you'd need including a new undercounter ice maker! The fully equipped open kitchen is a cook’s dream offering all your needs like EVOO, salt & pepper & cooking essentials as well as plenty of prep space, pantry storage, and all the essentials for making delicious meals. Serve dinner at the oversized indoor dining table, the small breakfast nook, or enjoy outdoor views on the dining lanai. We also have a chilled wine room for all of your sips. Enjoy your mai tai on the lanai, in the pool or on one of the gorgeous chaise lounges or daybed!

You will also find your own private heated pool surrounded by the lush landscape & fruit tress to relax after a long day of adventuring. Start your day off in the outdoor shower or dive into the pool!

Kid's love to hang out by the babbling front pond chatting & feeding our lovely koi fish.

This home is air-conditioned by 6 units! There are also ceiling fans located throughout--perfect after a day of exploring the island, or a round of golf at one of the courses nearby.

Location Perks: The villa is located in Kiahuna Golf Village so get ready for somd world class golfing with ocean views OR take the quick mile drive to Kiahuna Beach or drive an extra half mile to Hawaii Haus' favorite "Poipu Beach" where you're always guaranteed to see plenty of sea turtles and there's safe snorkeling for the KeiKei (kids). You're just a 2-3 minute drive from world-class dining and shopping whether heading toward The Shops at Kukui‘ula, Poipu Shopping Village, or the Grand Hyatt.
