The main living area is an open concept with the living room, dining room, and kitchen (newly remodeled). This area looks out onto the main lanai and beautiful garden area.
Our condo has 2 spacious bedroom suites. The master suite is upstairs and has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed. The bathroom has recently been remodeled. There is a dressing area with plenty of storage for all your things. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with windows out to your private lanai.
The main level suite is spacious with 1 king bed and a private bathroom.
You will also have access to gear for the beach or outdoors (boogie boards, chairs, coolers, beach towels, etc.) in the entry closet.
It's easy to keep your clothes clean with the washer and dryer in the unit.
Poipu Sands has a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and barbeques on the property for your use.
Parking is not assigned, but there are plenty of spaces.
As is the case with most buildings in Kauai, There Is No Air Conditioning. Windows are placed in strategic locations to catch the island breezes. Each room also has a ceiling fan.

Location, Location, Location!
Poipu Sands is in the ideal location on Kauai. First, it is on the south shore, which is the sunniest part of Kauai. Second, it is a part of Poipu Kai Resort, which is a collection of condos that are connected with beautiful gardens and walking paths. Third, this location is walking distance to three of the best beaches on Kauai: Shipwreck Beach, Brennecke's Beach, and Poipu Beach. Fourth, there are several shopping areas just down the road with plenty of shops and restaurants. It's also just a short walk to the Grand Hyatt, where the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, there are restaurants to enjoy, and a wonderful day spa to tempt you. Several Golf Courses are also in this area. From this location it is easy to reach the entire island in a short amount of time.
