This stretch of coastline offers one of the most breathtaking sunrise walks on the island.

The best beaches, Shipwreck, Brennecke, and Poipu beaches, are on the south shore and are just minutes away on foot.

- We provide complementary infant pack-n-play & high-chair per request.
- The Quiet hour after 8 pm
- No outdoor shoes in the house
- No towels/cloths hanging in the front lanai
- No smoking inside the house. We have a designated place for smoking outdoors.
- No house party, family gathering is ok.
- No jump/dive in the pool, we have pool light so you can swim with dolphins/turtles mosaic tile
- No eating or storing food in the bedroom (sorry we have guests who did this and therefore we have to add this rule ).
Hawaii`s high humidity gives the right conditions for food to smell and attract pests.
- Mid-clean will apply for 10 nights or longer stay
- Please close all the windows/doors when the AC is on
- Please turn off ACs when you are not using or leaving the house.
- Speed limit in the Makanui road is 15 mph
- There is a visible security camera under the deck looking at the parking lot

Cancellation Policy:

Please note there is a $350 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund of the rental amount, minus the $350 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the rental amount, minus the $350 cancellation fee.
