This unique oceanfront property is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular views of the blue Pacific and the entire Poipu coastline from each unit. This small property has only 15 units, providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the world renowned Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. The sounds of the sea fill every room and each unit has full length lanais offering a great lookout for hours of watching turtles, dolphins, seasonal whales and brilliant sunsets.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

This property is located on a picture perfect small cliff overlooking the ocean. We saw sea turtles every day. It’s conveniently located near several beaches and dining. The sunsets and stars were stunning! Perfect for a family of four! We will most definitely be back.

A great first visit to Hawaii

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The rental was just as advertized and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved being right on the ocean and being able to walk out the back door. The location was also great as we were able to walk to both Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. It was a very comfortable place for four people.

This property is amazing! Great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The views are outstanding, we could watch dolphins and sea turtles from the patio. The property was immaculate and stocked with everything we could need for our trip. Communication was great and management checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. Beautiful oceanfront Poipu condo!

Perfect oceanfront,condo in Poipu for relaxing, or watching whales and sunsets from the living room or lanai, with soothing sound of the ocean at night. Photos are accurate, though the master bath and bed are cozy. Would definitely stay in this lovely unit again.
