Located across from the Poipu Beach Park in the heart of Poipu, Kauai - this two story house features large bay windows, two large lanais (sun decks ) and a 65 inch T.V. entertainment system.

Being split level it's like having two separate places, but you are all in one house. Forget about being in a small hotel room or getting a connecting room with no space.

This house is 2,500 square feet. Lots of room for everyone. Just steps - 100 feet away from the beach. No packing the car, getting everyone together and then forgetting something. You just pick up your towel and go. If you forget something, it's only steps back. Someone wants to go home and eat. No problem, steps away. The property is perfectly located between two beautiful beaches. We woke up every morning eager to see the sea turtles on the beach and the occasional monk seal. Brennekes is a rest restaurant a block away.

This home is the perfect spot for a family. We were able to visit the turtles daily and my family swam with them all week. The 9 of us were all comfortable in this spacious home. This place was incredible. Perfect for a large family. The location can’t be beat. We saw whales breaching from the beach, so many turtles that I lost count, and Monk Seals to boot! Steve was extremely helpful with any request we had and super accommodating. It was The perfect family vacation.

The absolute perfect location in Kauai! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops, the best beaches across the street. The house had everything we needed for beach days like a wagon, sand toys, chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book!!!

Family of 8 ages 7-62yrs old stayed here for a week to play on the beach and enjoy the island and we were not disappointed! The short walk to Poipu beach is a huge plus because it was so easy to walk back to the house to get something. Boogey boards and other water toys were in the garage and that was very useful. Steve, the owner handled all of my questions quickly and professionally. Our family had a wonderful time and we would book again.

This location is a dream, and the house is spacious, super comfortable, and has AC! We loved our time here so much. The view of the water never got old, and it was so nice being less than a five minute walk from Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach, Puka Dog, and Brennecke’s Grill. If we ever return to south shore this is the only house we’d stay in!

Wonderful stay in Poipu

We were two families of 4 traveling for a week and our stay was wonderful. The house location was great and convenient to the beach and the nearby towns and amenities. We would gladly return.

Great location

The location to the beach was amazing. Also loved how the adult rooms with private baths were upstairs and the kids had the downstairs all to themselves. Ideal set up for two families!
