Beautiful Cottage in Poipu Kauai

The stay was great. The cottage although a little small is big enough to accommodate a small family. The location is terrific, as its just a short drive to many beautiful beaches, and only about 20 minutes from the airport. The staff were all very kind and courteous. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely think about renting this location again. I only have a couple small suggestions for improvement, the dishwasher needs replacing. We decided not to use it, as it was dirty and appeared to be on its last leg. Refrigerator is completely functional but is showing its wear and tear as well with some rust spotting on the front doors. The TV could be upgraded to a slightly larger smart TV with built in apps for users to login to their favorite streaming services. Aside from those minor details, everything was great, the balcony was spacious for lounging or eating a meal while enjoying the afternoon breeze. The towels for beach use is a bit out of the way, but once we figured out how everything worked it was good. The door was upgraded to a keypad system during our stay which was nice not to have to worry about bringing a key card with you everywhere.

Close to everything

Really nice stay. The complex was perfect for us, an easy walk to the gym and pool complex (easier than we thought it would be) and to the beach. The pool was a huge hit, the slide kept kids occupied for days. We also ate at the restaurant st the pool complex, awesome. The unit was great as well, it fit us (2 adults and a 9 yo) easily. Love to come back.

poipu condo

the condo was smaller than we had pictured and is not updated. one of our daughters stayed in a newly renovated condo on the same property and there was a huge difference. the carpet could use a good cleaning. over all the condo was great for the 2 of us, it would've felt small if we had had 4 people in there. everything was clean and in good condition. we appreciated that there were beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, etc. great location to the beach- short walk and peak a boo view from the lanai...beautiful!

Fantastic location, great amenities

We stayed for eight nights, and found this property to have everything we needed. Close to the beach, with views. Close to dining, which was walkable in many instances or just a short drive. Plenty of parking available. Sea turtles and monk seals close by. Was able to see whales from the beach. Options for snorkeling. Property kept in immaculate condition. Easy access to grills for at home meals. Umbrella, chairs and boogie board in condo. Beach towels and chairs provided at beach front. Surfboard rentals onsite. Responsive host and great supportive management group. AC unit in condo, but never used as ceiling fan, floor fan and ocean breeze enough. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Perfect beach

We enjoyed 5 days in this top floor one bedroom condo that was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was nice! And there were a few less roosters crowing in the night/early morning than other places in Kauai lol! The beach was perfect for swimming, body surfing, snorkeling and even beginning surfing depending on the day. Thank you!

Perfect Location

What a dream property! Right next to the beach with surfing and body boarding nearby. Easily walkable to restaurants as well. Really enjoyed our stay.
