Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds that can be combined), with a separate wardrobe/dressing room in the other. Large living room kitchen. Spacious and high living room, utility room, 2 x toilets. Sauna department: dressing room, bathroom and sauna room (heater ready immediately). 2 outdoor terraces. Fireplace.
Upstairs: spacious living room, 2 bedrooms (separate beds that can be combined), 2 additional beds and a sofa bed for two in the spacious living room upstairs, rooms on the upper floor have their own outdoor balconies, toilet and shower room, wardrobe. All bedrooms have their own TV.
In addition, the villa includes a separate carport and a warm storage/lubrication room with equipment and a barbecue shed (30 m²). Extras: home theater system, video cannon, screen, Blue ray player, room-specific wired internet + wlan (optical fiber), baby bed and high chair, hydro massage bath indoors, washing machine + dryer. Charging station for electric cars in the carport: Type2 22 KW.
Two electric fat bikes are available for a separate fee. Rental price 50€/day or 180€/week. Reservations and further information directly from the owner.
