Apartment in Koksijde near the Beach

Renovated spacious and sunny 2-room apartment on the first floor (no elevator). The beautiful apartment exudes peace and tranquility and is located in the center of Koksijde, right behind our office, close to all shops and restaurants. The beach is a few hundred meters from the apartment. Pets are allowed, with the exception of cats! Layout Hall, spacious living room with sofa bed, modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
