Very good!!!!

Everything was beautiful and nice. Only would expect the set dinner to be more attractive and better quality and taste. Otherwise it is a very nice place to stay and relax.

The staffs were very helpful and nice from the first moment we arrive to the last moment we leave. The room was clean and the food were delicious. They changed the dishes everyday. The outdoor private hot springs was fantastic. We stayed two nights in hotel. By the way, they have a dog, if you scared of the dog, you tell the staffs in advance.

숙소에 대한 후기도 많이 없고 시내와 거리가 멀어서 고민을 많이하고 선택한곳이다 하지만 고민한게 후회될정도로 너무 만족이다 3박 4일동안 방문했던 료칸중에 가장 최고에 료칸이였고 직원들도 가장 최고에 친절함이고 한국어 가능한 직원은 없었지만 영어가 매우 훌륭하게 가능해서 의사소통하는데 문제가 없었고 영어를 못하는 직원들도 의사소통이 안될때마다 여러방법으로 해결해주려고 노력하는 모습에 감동했다 시내와 멀고 조금 운전을 많이해서 들어가야한다는 단점이 있지만 벌레도 많이 없고 온천물도 정말 깨끗하고 피부가 정말 좋아지는걸 경험할수있다 공기도 정말좋고 방도 너무 깨끗하고 방안에있는 개인탕이 너무 좋아서 또 일본에 방문한다면 꼭 슈게츠에가서 온천을 즐기고싶다

酒店很好。

一齊都十分好.由進門開始主人已在迎接. 送上日本茶和甜品. 房間整齊清潔, 夠四人住. 獨立溫泉. 價錢合理. 晚餐六時開始. 早了一點不太餓. 唯獨酒店處偏靜，一帶什麼都沒有，無處可逛. 可能要自行帶點小食。

Very Relaxed and peaceful place. The owner and staff were very helpful and precise . Room is spacious and onsen is good. Food is kind of 懷石料理， nice presentation though me and my hubby don’t like 懷石料理, some of my family members and friends were very satisfied with it.

대중교통으로 가기어렵고 렌트카로도 구불구불한 길이 초행자라면 어려울수있지만 분명히 가볼 가치가 있는곳입니다. 아름다운 객실탕과 숙소내 히노끼향까지. 식사도 일본정식을 느낄수있는 훌륭한 수준이며 식사중 아기를 위해 식탁의자와 침대까지 모두 마련해주어 편히 즐길수있었습니다.

All the services (food, hot spring, room condition and the kindness) is perfect. Even if it is quite difficult to assess the Ryokan, i will book this hotel again if i have the chance to travel this place.... The host was very kind and warm....
