This should be a motel the way that the vibe is I did not feel like it was clean at all. I cannot wait for the night to be over. Honestly, I would’ve forfeited my money and drove back home if it was not so late.

The suite was spacious, but not well maintained. The bathroom door did not have a handle, the refrigerator was peeling, the fold out bed would not unfold the whole way and was stained, the TV's were old and the picture was messed up on one, the courtyard was unkept, the laundry area was nasty

Room had paint peeling off walls, bathroom sink was dirty. Room ceiling had dust bunnies hanging down. Bed was one step away from a park bench comfortably wise. Mirrors and the TV had a substance on them...not sure what it was because I wasn't touching it ever. One of the worst stays I've had in a long time. I didnt expect much but I did expect at a minimum for it to be clean. Expectations not achieved.

The room was not clean very dusty grime all over the walls tv mirrors even the toilet. The room had a horrible smell. The air conditioning unit was sooooo loud when the fan turned it kept me up half the night. As we walked out the door for dinner we seen two ants crawling up the door frame. The mattress was nice and the sheets were clean. The pictures posted online were so misleading. Will not recommend or stay at this location ever again. Will also contact Wyndham w my concerns

Very shady. Not a hotel but a motel. My door would not shut all the way so i couldn’t lock it. I did not feel safe. The room smelled very musty and old. I didn’t even unpack my stuff. I immediately left and booked a hotel somewhere else.

Worst hotel experience ever

I paid for and arrived for early checkin & told rm was not ready. We returned in the evening, beds were made, a few towels but rm was dirty; sticky floor, gross bathroom/sink. We complained on Friday morning & assured room would be cleaned. Returned to rm on Friday evening with cleaner toilet and sink, less sticky floors but had to use our own disinfectant wipes on all countertops, doorknobs, light switches, Spider web above bathrm door, i had to tighten toilet seat. Amenities like coffee cups, soap dish holders, sign to clean room were missing as well as no hotel information or rm pricing list; continental breakfast was very sparse. No one cleaned, made beds or replenished towels by our return on Saturday evening. I had noticed bugs and captured 2 to bring to the office on sunday checkout. I stated this stay was the worst I've ever experienced, received no discount and was told i could call later in the day to speak to the manager. I have not done so because i think this is more of a corporate issue; main concern here is that your corporate headquarters remedies this situation as certainly there are violations to hotel and health regulations here. Rude staff not Ada friendly

When we checked in the front desk staff was very rude and not allowing to have a downstairs room without paying more money to be on the lower level. We have are disabled and I’m able to walk up stairs and he did not care. When we got into our room it was dirty and smelled like someone just sprayed air freshener in the room to make it smell clean.

When checking in to the hotel, we went into our room to discover dirty towels, lack of clean towels, and no toilet paper. The floor was so dirty I was afraid to walk around with socks off. Outside our room was the laundry area where people were doing laundry and speaking loudly until 11pm. The dead lock on our door was broken and on the door jam was a car freshener for the room. Very lazy. The next day when letting my small dog outside to use the bathroom, two larger dogs came running at her, where we were forced to pick her up and run back to the room/fearing for safety. When confronted about problems, hotel staff said with a smile, "those are guest's animals that had pawed their way out of their room. Like it was funny. One dog had a broken leg like it got hit by a car and was limping for awhile. Another guest mentioned that he called animal control on those dogs during his last stay a month ago. Will never come back! Worst experience at a hotel EVER!
