The hotel location is great. It is in a relatively quite area, only a 10-minute easy walk from the pier and at the beginning the Sairee Beach walking street going north. The room was very clean, spacious, quiet, well decorated and in good condition. It has access to an outdoor pool and a small beach via stairs. The hotel management was helpful and courteous and the rate was reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very good room for the price, clean and nicely finished. I went for a garden view room and it had good ac and all the amenities you would need. Only slight issue was the shower only had one direction - to soak the whole bathroom but it’s designed as a wet room I guess (other hotels in Koh Tao seem to have similar features). The staff were really lovely and friendly

Photos are misleading unless you get the ocean front rooms. Any basic rooms are old, outdated, & down the street, across the road, & up a steep hill. Even most of the newer rooms are across the road from the beach. The resort is spread out across 3 separate buildings so groups will likely be split up as ours was. Left early as our room was so uncomfortable, noisy, & lacking in amenities. Pool area lacks shade & adequate seating; it’s also super slippery and our group had more than one fall injury. Bathroom is also super slippery when wet & shower gets the entire room wet. Sadly was a disappointment. For the price, I’d recommend another resort in the area.

Das Zimmer war mit einer guten Klimaanlage ausgestattet und angenehm kühl. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine sehr grosse Auswahl und war bis 12 Uhr verfügbar, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Beim Check-out gibt es einen Taxi-Transfer zum Pier, allerdings nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Leider haben diese nicht zu meiner Fähre gepasst.

La chambre etait un placard et quandbon a voilu changer pour une chambre plus potable , ils ont refusé. On etait prêt à payer plus. En fait les photos sur le site ne montre pas ces chambres qui sont dans un couloir. Pour moi ashmatique ce n’est pas adapté et de plus il y a une pente à 45 degré pour s’y rendre. L'accès ala piscine est dangereux. Le carrelage au sol n’est pas adapté on glisse. Il n’y a que le petit déjeuner qui est copieux. On a été obligé de dormir dans un hôtel. Ils ont refusé de nous remboursé. Et quand ils nous ont partir avec notre bagage à main pour chercher un notre hôtel, une femme qui faisait parti du personnel nous a réclamer les clefs de la chambre et voulait nous rembourser la caution. J’ai refusé en lui expliquant que la chambre etait payé et qu’on la gardait. Voila ces chambres n’ont pas une fenêtre pour aéré. Si par la porte d'entrée de la chambre.

La chambre etait dans un placard et il fallait la lumière pour voir et le dernier jour coupure d'électricité. J’ai voulu partir et demander le remboursement et elle a refusé J’ai voulu changer de chambre et payer plus cher , la personne elle a refusé. En plus avec mon ashme je ne pouvais pas rester donc j’ai du chercher un autre hôtel qui m’a coûté plus cher. J’ai juste profité des petits déjeuners de cet hôtel. La personne qui a refusé de me donner une autre chambre quelques heures après m’a vu partir avec un bagage à main et m’a courru derrière pour que je lui rende les clefs de la chambre . Elle voulait aussi me rendre la caution de 500 bath du coup je lui ai fais comprendre que je gardais la chambre. Voilà donc la chambre c’est une horreur

Poolen og nogle af værelserne ligger super lækkert. De billigere værelser ligger på den anden side af den lille vej. Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt så du er tæt på butikker og madsteder, men stadig har ro om natten :) Det er et super hyggeligt og flot område, men ikke den bedste strand til at bade.

Fint rom, men utrolig tynne vegger så man hører alt naboene tar seg til. Sengen er på den harde siden, men putene var gode. Stranden er ikke mye å skryte av å bassenget heller ikke for min del. Men veldig grei plassering i ene enden av Sairee. Kort gåavstand. Var her 2 netter, men det holdt for min del. Nydelig utsikt fra rommet! Veldig behjelpelige ansatte.
