Beautiful room, grounds and property. Only thing is this is not near a beach you can really swim in. Other than that it is a short drive to some restaurants and bars or to the beach. The positive is that it is in a much more quiet area away from loud tourist noise.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic value for money with super friendly and helpful staff. The location for us was perfect. A quiet beach with only a 10/15 min drive somewhere busier. I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite with cinema and pool. The suite was large with doors that opened onto the swim deck. A kitchen (not that we ever used it). Rooms were spacious with quality fittings. The staff were the most amazing people- always smiling and friendly and went the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. We loved that we were on the quiet side of the island but could very easily get to the tourist hot spots. We would definitely staff here if we come back to Koh Samui. A huge thank you to Lee, Bell, Ross and the other staff - you made our holiday memorable.

This place was by far our favourite hotel of our trip! It was very clean, rooms were fully stocked with everything you need inc the kitchen. Cute little walk to the restaurant which was very clean and the food was excellent!! With many different options. Quick walk to the private beach. We even met the owners who were very friendly and accommodating :) staff were attentive and lovely. We will definitely be back soon!! Thanks Sky Beach

This is a hidden gem. You do have to walk to get to a market but it is within walking distance of two important temples. The staff are incredible and very efficient with everything. The included breakfast was excellent and we actually ordered in most nights we were there and had some of the best food of our month long trip. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel. We had a one bed with private pool and I would go back in a heartbeat - the best of all the hotels we stayed in.
