家族で行きました。メルキュールは、今回で2回目です。八ヶ岳は初めて来ました。 朝散歩30分コースを歩いたのですが鳥の声が良かったです。 夜の天体観測が中止で残念でした。屋上からの夕陽も良かったです。 夕食と朝食のバイキングがとても美味しかったです。 そしてラウンジのおやつと飲み物が良かったです。一階ラウンジの使用有無でアップグレードの部屋に変更してもらったのですが、とても満足しました。それから、その日と翌日の朝風呂堪能しました。ビネガージュースも良かったです。また行きたいです。

ホテルの大きさに対してスタッフが少なすぎます。 フロントに大行列なのにスタッフ1人。 他のスタッフ居ませんか？と聞いたら「居ないっ！」 とタメ口… 夕食会場は18:15〜と19:15〜90分制なのですがライブキッチンが並びすぎ。 他も混雑し過ぎで取ってテーブルに用意するまで60分かかりました。実質、食事時間30分。 空になったバイキングもなかなか補充されず。 2会場で違う料理が並んでいるので、子供連れの為にカートを使って料理を取りに行ったら会場間は段差有り。飲み物や汁物は全部こぼれました。 部屋は食事会場の1つ上の階でしたが廊下はライブキッチンの煙や油のニオイがずっとしていました。 子供の遊び場は良いけれど、他は全て駄目でした。 たぶん二度と行く事は無いと思います。
