Room/atmosphere somewhat dated but clean and fine and priced accordingly. Towels were thin and scratchy. Staff had very limited English but somehow we were able to communicate. They were able to call a taxi on several occasions which was much appreciated. We booked a room with a view of Mt Fuji. We woke up to an unobstructed, amazing view of Mt Fuji!

Great location to see Mt. Fuji right outside your room window. Clean, comfortable, older facility. Close to parking area where you can take the shuttle to 5th Station at Mt Fuji. Helpful staff and laundry facilities on site.

The hotel was really nice. The onsen was great to experience, a little nerve wrecking since it was our first time. Accidentally got the smoking room so it did have a lingering smell of cigs but I don’t think the non smoking room would’ve been different since the hallways also had that smell. The staff was friendly and helpful !

It was a little difficult to find from the maps guide from Expedia. Very good morning buffet. Great view of Mount Fuji from our window! Very nice staff. Good dinning options nearby.

There was almost no english information for referrals to areas to visit, and the front desk had very little english understanding. The room had no comfort at all. One hard chair and a very hard bed. I was reprimanded for wearing my shoes in the lobby. Apparently you can only wear shoes in half the lobby. There was a small plaque sign in the floor with instructions to take off your shoes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Wonderful service fraction of a cost

This property was a little dated compared to some of the others we have stayed at. However, it was very clean and the customer service was top notch. The view of Mt. Fuji from the back of the hotel is breathtaking. The onsen was quite peaceful and relaxing with a mix of hotel guests and locals from the public. Lots of food options near the hotel and the breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. Great service from the front desk. Short walk to Fuji-Q from the hotel. Would stay here again for sure!
