One of our favorite stays in all of Japan! We will be returning for years to come. We absolutely enjoyed our traditional room. The staff who helped us settle in, serve our dinner, and transform our room into a bedroom did a fantastic job and were so kind to interact with. The check in staff was quick and efficient. The check out staff was kind enough to shuttle us back to the station. The entire hotel is kept up so nicely. This spot is a gem if you’re visiting the Mt Fuji, Lake Kawaguchiko area. The private onsen was an absolute dream!!!!

We loved our stay! the free shuttle picked us up from the bus station, all the staff were amazingly sweet and helpful, the in-room kaiseki meal was beautiful and delicious, the breakfast buffet was a great mix of both japanese and western options,and our in-room onsen with a view of lake Kawaguchiko was lovely. The experience of staying at Konanou has been our favorite activity so far. Our room was spotless and beautiful, with our onsen setting a pleasant bubbling sound in the background and a view overlooking the lake. The kaiseki dinner was delicious both nights. The foot bath in the roof overlooks both the lake and Mount Fuji. We felt well cared for, comfortable, and relaxed from start to finish.
