とても素晴らしい滞在でした。 温泉がとても気持ちよく、旅の疲れをしっかり癒すことができました。 また、ホテルの立地も良く、客室や館内から眺める富士山の景色は本当に美しく、迫力があり感動しました。 周辺に飲食店や買い物ができる場所が少ない点は少し不便に感じましたが、全体の満足度を下げるほどではありません。 総合的にとても満足できる宿泊体験で、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

Rooms are on the small side, but that's expected in Japan. Breakfast was very crowded at all times, but good food. I was "invited" out at 10:00, which I did not expect. Great location if you have your own car, else there's quite a drive to everything else. The view from the Fuji rooms is incredible.

The hotel was very clean! The food, breakfast and dinner was extraordinarily delicious. And the onsen was extremely relaxing! They also offer spa services, a masseuse that will come directly to your room! And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. What a great relaxing time!

Room was nice and cozy. Staff was lovely. She made recommendations on the restaurants and even called the restaurants to make recommendations. The hotel and the most amazing onsen with Mt Fuji view. Definitely check it out!

Very good location, it’s right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the main spots and a 6 min walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and the Onsen was lovely, very calming. You don’t need to cover your tattoos, so this is a great spot if do have them!
