Hotel was average. Rooms are very small and towels were extremely thin. Quality was average. Per night my stay was roughly $150 USD a night so felt like you get what you pay for. Breakfast was average as well.

Imagine waking up with the mountain right in your window, the onsen steam melting away every ounce of travel fatigue, and breakfast fueling you like a rocket for the climb. The rooms are spotless, modern, and practical—no wasted space, just everything you need in perfect order. The onsen is the crown jewel: sit in the hot mineral water while Fuji stares back at you, ancient and unshakable. The buffet breakfast and dinner spread is a mix of Japanese and Western, far better than “just hotel food.” The staff? Professional, kind, and efficient. Fair stay

The condition of the hotel is fair. Very close to the local train station and Fuji highland. However the restaurant is not available for our stay. We pick this hotel because we thought we can get breakfast easily. It was disappointing.

The hotel is not a good deal for the money. Expensive and the room is small. The breakfast is below average. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here while my travel companions climbed Mt Fuji. Excellent location for getting to mountain and wonderful onsen for those not doing the climb! Very good breakfast options, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Lots of parking available and views of Fuji!
