部屋のトイレで女性が使用するサニタリーBOXの 蓋の上に髪の毛が一本ですが 落ちていて、、それが残念でした。 おそらくですが、 蓋の上は拭いてないのだなと思いました。 使用済みのナプキンを入れるBOXなので、 髪の毛が落ちている、ない、の前に 蓋を開けて使用するので、拭いたり等 清掃して欲しかったです。

We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot.

Very clean hotel, beautiful views from room. Rooms are spacious, very clean and supplied with nice pajamas. Great onsen with an outdoor area too. Coin laundry on site. Very friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay!!! Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walk to the convenience store/a couple of restaurants/public transportation.

It was okay overall but unfortunately it wasn't clean the hygiene was really poor, there was hair in the bath tub, I even found hair inside the kettle, the room was really hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The view of Mount Fuji was amazing though.

The food is wonderful! As a chain hotel , i wasn't expected the stay, but turns out both dinner and breakfast was above expectation and outperformed other traditional ryokan in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel with a great view of Fuji when there are no clouds. Superb and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. And the bonus, a 7th floor super calm onsen, with views of Fuji (if you stand up). About 7 minute walk from FujikyuHighland Station and 15-20mins from Kamaguchiko (station and lake). We are very happy with our stay here. Thank you
