This was good, the bedding is tatami mat style, a good experience. Fresh towels each day as we used the hotel sauna each evening. Smart and clean, quiet, location short walk to shopping and dining. I would happily use again.

フロントのサービスがとても気持ちよかったです。大浴場に行くのに鍵を取りに行きなければならず面倒でした。また、大浴場の洗い場が3つしかなく、混雑時は大変でした。 部屋の清掃が終わっていなかったのですが、広い部屋に変えてくださったので快適に過ごせました。

旧館の喫煙ルームしか空いてなかったのでそこを予約し宿泊したが、廊下も臭く、部屋もタバコの臭いが尋常でない臭さで、気分が悪くなるくらいだった。禁煙部屋や新館は大丈夫だと思うけど。

夏休みに家族で宿泊させて頂きました。 スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切でした。 朝食も美味しかったです。 フロントに土佐茶がサービスでおいてありました。とても美味しかったです。同じものを購入したかったのですが、見つけられず。 ホテルで販売していただけたら、ぜひ購入したかったです。 気になる点は、お部屋の換気口？音がかなり気になります。お部屋の鍵が２つ頂けたら良かったなと思いました。
