Really lovely room, good breakfast and great staff. Some drawbacks: it's a bit remote towards the end of the road of hotels, there's not enough shade on the beach (umbrellas too small) and the music at the bar was so loud in the evenings I avoided it completely.

Amazing location, very relaxed, perfect to chill and disconnect. Super friendly staff, perfectly clean, great service. Lisa from reception was lovely and oversaw that our stay was perfect. The view from the restaurant, where you also get your breakfast, was a true dream. The old town and the busiest areas of the island are quite far away, so you will have to either take taxis or book a scooter to get around (you can do both of these at the hotel reception). The building is coming of age, so there are minor defects like humidity on the wall. Everything was working perfectly, so it’s more of a asthetical thing, and the comfort, the hotel amenities (amazing coconut smoothie is served in the hotel restaurant) and friendliness of the people working there more than makes up for it. You really feel at paradise here.

I really recomend this resort! Our room Super nice and clean everyday, good breakfast, location is exellent on the Beach with grass around the pool area, with a restaurant and beach bar on the resort, and a lot of really good restaurants along the Beach. The staff is amazing and they took so good care of us and specially our 9 month old baby. Special thanks to Rose and Lisa who worked on the resort, and Premie who worked at the massage spot. Also, the neighbouring restaurant Mr Leek is a great spot for really good food and a funny welcoming owner.

The hotel is well situated with great access to a nice beach. However, it needs a lot of TLC. The room was large with separate bath, shower and toilet and a great view with balcony; however, it is showing its age. The staff was very nice and you are close to a few restaurants and bars.

The Hotel has potential to be amazing, as the staff were all wonderful. Singging Lisa and another waitress called Fa were very plesent and also the cleaners in our block, all of the staff were so friendly. I hate to give a negative but the hotel needs lots of maintenance all over, most of the furniture seemed very worn, and broken even. I think with some maintenance and a bit of TLC, this could be a fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff for being so warm and welcoming

My wife and I stayed in one of the hotel rooms and enjoyed it. Had a view of the forest and were able to watch monkeys in the trees. A/C worked well but we never had very hot water for the shower. Staff was great and the pool / beach access area was very nice. Bar and restaurant on site as well as massages. You can rent scooters and book tours directly from the hotel. Bit of a walk to other restaurants and bars but not too bad.

Relaxing stay.

Visited during low season, but very happy with the facilities and the warm welcome from the staff. The beachside location was incredibly convenient and the pool towels in their own reusable bag were a welcome touch. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants to enjoy and the room was big and well equipped; a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

The worst hotel ever. Do not waste your time or money. It’s false advertisement and this hotel should be removed from Expedia. The staff is friendly and will try to help but the hotel especially the plantation villas are horrible. I wish I could upload the pictures. We were assigned a plantation in what appeared to be an abandoned part of the resort and it was littered with trash smelling horrible. This is not a 4 star hotel not even a 3 star. We are seasoned travelers and we left the hotel knowing we would not get a refund.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and area was very quiet when we stayed which was nice as pretty much had pool and the beach to ourselves most of the time. Definitely a place to chill and relax, would need transport if you wish to go further afield than the small strip of beach front hotels and restaurants.

Staff are very friendly but no staff seem allocated to cleaning pool and sun lounger area. This main part of the property was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. The walk up to the hotel rooms is a very steep hill and a weird concrete tunnel The towels are fraying and threadbare and the rooms lack some basic amenities They are renovating close to the pool and lounger area so there is fairly constamt construction noise when outside.

A nice stay

We stayed one week. The bed was so comfy, staff very nice and attentive. Location is very good and we loved the hotel amenities. Breakfast was ok. Only downside was that it was not quiet in our room, we could even hear the neighbors' conversation and the machines in the hotel building were making loud sounds, so we had to sleep with earplugs and noice cancelling headphones on.

Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot.

Nice rooms and nice area in Ko Lanta.

We had a nice stay here in modern rooms, because the hotel allowed us to swap. I had booked a “plantation” bungalow and upon arrival it looked nothing like the pictures. Fran and dated. But they let me switch to one of the modern rooms which were nice. The common areas are not very well kept, they should fill water in the pools and fountains and just keep the outdoor area a bit better. The resort has direct beach access which is nice.
