Room was pretty dirty and dark. Towels and coffee weren’t replaced each day. The website had also crashed on booking and the hotel refused to give me a refund on one of the two rooms I booked. I even asked to me moved to another room due to the noisy air con in our room and we were refused and told the other room had now been given to another guest despite paying for it. We’ll be avoiding in the future and will stick to the retreat just up the road

Room service was very poor, clean towels were rationed in a morning and new coffee wasn’t replaced. Air conditioning…extremely noisy in spite of them checking. The website had crashed multiple times on booking and cancellation rejected on arrival. Extremely expensive for what it was. Staff ok, cleanliness and amenities were ok but otherwise would y visit or recommend again

Our room was lovely. Lots of space, big bathroom, nice shower, beautiful view over the sea, pool is gorgeous and although limited beds next to the pool there was none of this silly behaviour of reserving beds when not using them. Pool towels provided. There’s lots more beds down by the sea and bar area anyway which is great. The staff very nice. Resident cats very cute. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you. Just wish the elephant camps would become sanctuaries on the island. Nothing to do with the hotel though but that sadness won’t leave my mind.

A lovely hotel in the middle of Kae Bae Beach on Koh Chang. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, and massage shops all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is great, with most (all?) rooms facing a gorgeous pool, or out towards the sea. My room was nice and large, with a great balcony that was great to sit on, or even lie down on a large sun bed. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. And be sure to take advantage of the restaurant’s happy hour (which lasted something like 6-7 hours!), with a long list of cocktails to choose from…

Allt var superbra. Det enda som man saknar är närhet till stranden. Det finns dock trappor direkt till havet men där får man gå försiktigt så man inte halkar på stentrapporna. Solnedgången var magisk från både hotellnumret och stranden. Rekommenderas.
