Great penthouse in Heist, well furnished, with lots of privacy and amazing views across the sea from the terrace which has sun all day. The beach is located in front of the property. Ideal for long walks on the beach and on the boulevard to downtown Knokke. Two additional comments: we found the car parking at minus 2 a bit tricky, as it is rather narrow and very steep. There was also a bad sewage smell at bathroom during our stay.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Beim Betreten der Wohnung kam einem gleich ein Abflussgeruch entgegen. Im Bad hat es etwas gerochen, in der Dusche hat es über die ganze Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr stark gestunken. Die Spiegel in beiden Bädern waren verschmiert und verspritzt. Auf dem Boden im Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum lagen tote Fliegen. Wir haben das beim Vermieter sofort reklamiert und er hat uns geantwortet, dass er sich darum kümmern würde, was er leider nicht getan hat. Wir mussten die ganze Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes den Gestank ertragen und die Böden haben wir selbst gefegt. Nach der Abreise haben wir uns bei dem Vermieter nochmals beschwert, er hat uns geantwortet, dass wir nur den Preis drücken möchten und uns deshalb beschweren. Danach haben wir nichts mehr von ihm gehört. Wenn alles sauber und der Gestank nicht gewesen wäre, hätte das Preis Leistungsverhältnis gepasst, aber in unserem Fall in keinster Weise.
