Das Haus wurde von Novasol gestellt/ betreut. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Viele Tierhaare in und auf der Couch, unsaubere Küchenutensilien, dreckige Socke in der Couch. Es müssten mehr Töpfe (große) vorhanden sein.Das Haus ist nur beding winterfest, da Wohnzimmer und Küche nicht beheizt werden können. Dementsprechend muss man mit ein Paket Holz am Tag rechnen, um die Räume warm zu bekommen. In zwei Räumen kleine Schimmelflecken, da wahrscheinlich im Winter nur spärlich bewohnt. Der Pool und Poolraum waren sehr warm und sauber. Es fand auch ein Poolservice in unserer Woche statt. Die anliegende Dusche ist perfekt. Das Haus ist nur für vier Erwachsene geeignet. Die vier Doppelstockbetten sind nur für Kinder geeignet und auch das ist schon beengt. Ausreichend Schränke für acht Personen sind nicht vorhanden. Die Lage nah am Strand ist sehr schön. Es verläuft ein öffentlicher Weg am Haus entlang, der im Winter nur sehr spärlich genutzt wurde. Das Meer war im Winter vom Haus zu sehen, wunderbar.
