At this price point, I would not have expected the response, “I guess they’re all being used” when I asked at the front desk for a cart to transport our luggage to our rooms. Nor would I have expected to have to personally search the 3 floors of the hotel to locate a luggage cart for our use. This was a very disappointing welcome to this property.

We were only there two nights. It’s a beautiful place. Unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of the spa, we waited too long to book. They have several other things to do that I’m physically not able to do. The gym and swim pool are really nice.

We had a great overnight stay. Quiet, cozy and serene surroundings. Was nice to take an evening walk and see all the views and wildlife. Beds were very comfortable. We were a little confused when we saw the front of the lodge as it looks nothing like the photos here online when making my reservation. Also I paid a little extra for a “golf course” view. From the pictures I thought I was getting a balcony with a view of the golf course. We had a window with a tree right outside. Not much of a view and not worth spending the extra money to have a view. Next time when we visit I will know. Other than that we enjoyed our visit. You might want to update your photos.
