Happy with booking in, helpful front of house staff. Our room was spacious and a good sized bed. Bathroom was fine but the balconies were tiny, could not use other than to let the air in. We did not have breakfast here as we were so centrally placed.

Great reception team, very helpful….hotel looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Beware of parking costs not explained by hotel and as there was a big Ironman event they ran out of bath towels (only hand towels available)

We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. Thank you to all the staff

The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day.
