If you’re feeling adventurous, try catching your own dinner with the crab pots provided. Throughout the house, you can take advantage of the wireless internet to keep you connected to home or the office. Bring your favorite water toy as the public boat access is only a few short blocks away.

You can pack a little lighter as well with bed and bath linens provided.

Sounderling will be pet-friendly in 2025. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Super clean, comfortable, secluded yet close enough to restaurants, activities, and ocean

Good layout, large showers with excellent water pressure and double sinks, well equipped kitchen, very clean and secluded, quiet location yet close enough to restaurants and other activities and a short drive to ocean. Only only thing I would improve upon would be to add a pier to access the sound side water, add a kayak or 2. .water wasn’t accessible due to seaweed. our family would definitely stay here again though. We didn’t try hot tub due to warm weather so cannot comment on that. We enjoyed our stay!
