"Weaver" is located at Mile Post 4 1/2. This rustic cottage offers an open sun deck with excellent ocean views and deck chairs. There is no home on the oceanfront in front of this property so you have direct access to the ocean and the beach, you just have to cross the beach road. Recent Upgrades included a NEW Kitchen!
Ground Level: Parking for 2 cars, carport, clothesline and an outside shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer (no interior access to the mid level from laundry area).
Mid Level: Entry level. Great room with TV/DVD/VCR and deck access, dining area seating 7, kitchen area and a half bathroom. 2 Queen Bedrooms with TV, Bedroom with a Double Bed, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom.

Good location old property
Good location. Clean. Didn’t mind old so much but the FLOORS! Uneven. Holes under carpet. Felt like I was going to fall thru. Great that it allowed dogs but property unkept and no where to walk. One got a burr in foot from sticky plant. Take your own cookware!
