The home was clean and we liked the beach decor. Great location; close to the beach. We could hear the waves! Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Home could use a few improvements: updated shower in the upstairs bathroom and new mattress is needed in the upstairs main bedroom. Overall, nice home and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Even though this propery is oceanview versus oceanfront, I was able to see the sunrise on the horizon from the top deck! The property is well located which makes everything super easy to access in the area. The Gym is across the street and Target 1.6 miles away. KIll Devil Grill is a short drive (a family favorite). The host/property manager was extremely responsive when we had questions. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a bright sun room nook off the dining room. We look forward to visiting again. We had a fantastic week.

We had a great time. Deck flooring needs a little work and upstairs balcony railing is not secured safely. Also, the bedroom on the main level with the bunkbeds , was very warm. We kept fans on and doors open but AC doesn’t seem to cool that area. But those things didn’t keep us from enjoying our week at the beach. Nelene was a super host and answered all questions very promptly.

The beach house is really comfortable and close to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, nice relaxing decorations. We would definitely stay again!
