There is ample outdoor space to savor the warm sunlight and cool ocean breezes during the spring, summer and fall months. And, if it gets too warm there is a shady area under the house for the kids to play and the family to gather around the grill to dine al fresco. The screened-in porch is the perfect place to quietly enjoy a cup of coffee every morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening. The Sound (beautiful sunsets) is only a short walk away. The nearby bike/walking path are great for exercising, walking the dog, or biking into the town of Duck. It’s the ideal ocean-side retreat to refresh and unwind.
