The room overall was clean , linens were nicely done BUT there was heavy dust on the slatted supply door, and dead bugs in the overhead bathroom fixture.We would have liked to sit on the deck but no outdoor light was installed.The kitchen could have used a few more mixing bowls ..there was 1, and baking pans none.Facility Amenities were excellent and we took advantage of many of them. However a few days before we were due to arrive we were notified there may be a timeshare presentation which was not in the listing, which was a surprise and disappointment to us since we were not intending to purchase anything.The unit itself was listed as a first floor space, but was actually up a high flight of stairs. It would have been good if it had been properly identified, even tho we realize this area has to plan for flooding.

Great place to spend a week with a small children family. My 3 and 5 years old kids had it all like pool (indoor and outdoor), playground, kids activities and a pond with turtles and paddling boats. Beach is a 5 min drive with gated parking lot for Hilton residents. We enjoyed close by restaurants, shopping and attractions. The suite that we stayed had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen was convenient for feeding little kids. The unit was on the second floor with the balcony. Kids enjoyed plaything there as well. Check in and check out was very easy. We had not questions or any problems with our stay. Host communication was great. We will come back!

Fun, Quiet and close to activities

We had some concerns based on mixed external reviews when looking this place up. But for the rate, amenities provided and unit assigned at the time of check-in, everything was great. All pool features were operational. We’d consider this listing again in the future. We liked that it felt secluded amongst the surrounding nature. We could hear bugs, frogs but did not see many. Saw turtles in the pond. Kids loved it too. Laundry in the hall just outside of the assigned unit, too. Clean, and comfortable. Beach just a few minutes away. Lost Treasure putt putt is not far and was also fun. Most things of interest are not very far away.

Great stay

My parents -seniors- were enjoying staying here. Big, well capped and quiet room. Easy to navigate all attractions. Distance and entrance to the beach was a fast drive. Pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi were open. Kids’ water playground was closed. Outdoor pools were still closed (seasonal). All entrances are gated. And secure. Checking in and out was easy. I’ll plan to use this rental in the future for my family as well. Recommend.

We loved our stay here! Felt like you were in the middle of the woods and still only a block from the beach! The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained! Can use paddle boats, volleyball and tennis! Could also fish in the pond on the property. There were families of turtles in the pond too!! There were activities for young kids in the mornings(made soap scrub which my kids enjoyed!) Property owner was easy to get in touch with and easy to communicate with as well. Only real complaint was that the indoor pool slides were not working. Still give this property a 10 out of 10! Thanks!

Not what the pictures describe. The only reason I booked the resort was because of the lazy river and indoor hot tub and pool. Which was closed. If I had known that I would of just booked a beach house. The room AC leaked all over the floor and the toliet didnt want to fill up properly. It wasnt all bad but dont believe I ll be wanting to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for family of four. Great location and amenities. We appreciated that it was off the beach, but the resort offers a parking lot next to the public beach access which is next to Winks and Art’s Place.

Great hidden gem!

I was highly impressed with this property! Althought the indoor pool area and slides, and arcade were closed for renovation, there was so much to do that it didnt damper our trip. The check in folks were super friendly and helpful, and even checked in multiple times during the week to see if we needed anything. Our little condo was super clean and well stocked with what we needed. I will definitely be returning to this resort for future vacations!!
