Great location, but needs cleaned up

The location was great, the pool & child play area way also great! The house smelled like vomit in the back of house and all vents was full of dust & some cobwebs! The washer/dryer hardly worked. The tv in one room didn’t work and it did take 2 days for property maintenance to get working. (it would’ve been nice if they would’ve gave me a heads up that they were coming, maybe via text message something but just randomly showed up)
