Completed in 2024, the 130m² luxury villa offers modern comfort and a peaceful atmosphere on the southern slopes of Levi. The villa is located on the edge of the forest, just a few hundred meters from the slopes, making it an ideal place for both skiers and those seeking peace and quiet in nature.

The entrance is from the middle floor, where the kitchen and living area invite you to enjoy yourself with family or friends. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open up breathtaking views of the surrounding fell landscape. Here you can relax by the fireplace and enjoy the magnificent scenery.

There are also two separate bedrooms on the same floor, both with a double bed and closet space. There is also a fully equipped bathroom in the hallway.

The upstairs loft has beds for five; three single beds and a sofa bed. The loft also has a TV and PlayStation.

Downstairs there is a recreation room where you can spend the evening, for example playing billiards. The sauna area and jacuzzi offer the perfect setting for relaxation after an active day. In addition to the sauna area, there is a separate toilet downstairs.

Villa Lux A is ideal for families, couples or even larger groups, as you can rent both sides of the semi-detached villa if you wish. The living room provides access to the other half of the house.
