The sky suite with the glass igloo like ceiling was so special. Worth the splurge!! The rest of the room was also very clean. The staff were also really nice and very helpful when I lost my bag in the restaurant!

Spacious room with great view. Quiet/no soundptoblem from hallway. Minibar/fridge. Skybar was closed, but could bring beverages from reception or room wich was great. Fantastic view from there. Dogfriendly! Allowed dog in skybar also. Best breakfast we have had in Finland.

The arrival by gondola was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was excellent, sauna was hot & spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved having a balcony, and saw the northern lights from the Sky Bar! 10/10 would stay here again

Wonderful hotel

A great hotel, very clean and wonderful front desk staff. It is easy to get to the hotel by Gondola from Zero Point in Levi Ski Resort.

Like the ski in ski out walking distance to town didn’t like that there was additional fee to catch gondola to the town from resort even though we had a ski pass

Only complaints are the In room sauna took a long time to heat up and there weren’t a lot of options at the restaurant. Food was average at best. Otherwise it’s a beautiful location. Cant beat the price. Very large spacious rooms.

Loved the location

Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile! Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you. Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful. Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more.
