we stay 2 nights here, the location is awesome, near to Robert's, we can walk along there for amazing sea food. clean room, comfortable beds, easy parking.... I love to come back next time

staff is very helpful and if we would’ve forgotten anything they had it for us. And I loved that it was a dog friendly hotel and we get to see some pets while we were there. I do wish it had a hot tub in the pool, balcony room to be able to smoke outside without going down three floors to the parking lot but everything else was perfect.

Room was clean, but had a slight pet odor to it. The staff was professional and friendly and the check-in was a breeze. The continental breakfast was quite good and well maintained. This hotel allows pets. There may have been a special dog hotel promotion or some type of dog competition going on because there were a lot of dogs on the premises while we there.

Staff were very friendly, the hotel is very convenient to Portsmouth and the far south coast of Maine, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was okay, and the dining room and bedroom were spacious. Hotel messaging indicates that rooms are serviced every other day, but ours was not after two days, so that was disappointing. Overall, a good experience and we would stay again.
