KYTHNOS BLUE is a newly built accommodation with traditional Cycladic architecture and modern amenities in the heart of Loutra - Kythnos, that offers four family one-room studios, each with balcony and sea view . Our aim is to provide an authentic accommodation experience with an emphasis on hospitality and comfort.

KYTHNOS BLUE - Suite 4 accommodates 1 double bed, 1 built-in single bed, a bathroom with a shower and includes a well-equipped kitchen with cooking hob and oven, providing extra comfort and convenience for families or guests wishing to prepare their own meals. It is fully air conditioned with hot water 24 hours and a balcony overlooking the marina of Loutra.

KYTHNOS BLUE is strategically located close to many beaches and local attractions. Loutra Beach is just 20 metres away, while Schinari Beach is 1 km away and Agia Irini Beach is 2 km away. The property is 11 km from the port of Merichas and just 5 km from Chora, offering easy access to restaurants, cafes and mini markets, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Pets - not allowed

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
2 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
8 € per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st and will be collected during the duration of your stay.
