It was nice stay. Room is clean. Front is polite. Breakfast was good, but they finished food supply before 9 o'clock so that you cannot eat fully when you go there 08:50.

The staff at check in were not very friendly, nor helpful. The building is under construction and it would have been very helpful for me to know that. I would have booked a different property. We've stayed at other Toyoko Inns and the room is pretty standard.

The staff here are very polite and helpful. There are on the G/F so buying night snacks is convenient. However, the room is a bit small, I found difficulty for opening luggage in the room. Moreover, the room keys were placed on the floor outside the room in the morning, I believe that was for room cleaning service, but I got worried in terms of security issues.

Can do better

Overall I think I can have better options even given the similar price tag. The lights were super dim and the atmosphere was like dying. Even the light at hospitals would feel more energetic than here. The bathroom was old and small. Originally I thought I cant ask for much given the price I paid, but later at this trip other hotels in Fukuoka were able to offer things much better at a even cheaper price, so sorry no excuses for 1-2-3 Hotel

오래된 호텔이라 가성비 하나만 생각했는데 아쉽긴 했습니다 쩐내가 심하게 나고 침구도 먼지 많은편 ㅠ 그나마 공청기 있어서 강으로 틀고 이겨냄.. 1층에 편의점 편했고 위치는 그냥저냥 역까지 걸어갈만 했어요

小倉駅からも歩いて行けるしモノレールの駅も目の前 一階はコンビニ、食事ができるところも周りに沢山あり利便性はとても良い ただ、モノレール駅の目の前だけに発車ベル？の音などはよく聞こえる 設備の面ではコンセントがここ、という位置にない（鏡の前や枕元）のが残念 その分ミラーの貸し出しなどはされていた
