The room was normally clean and pretty spacious more than i expected. The staff at the lobby was nice. I think free breakfast is the most something noticeable although we couldn't have. This hotel is close to ARUARU CITY which is the biggest anime/entertainment shop in the KOKURA. You can access there in around 5 minutes by walking.

サービス良好　壁補修工事中だからでしょうか？それとこも当日午後予約だからか？とても格安でした。部屋は多少古め、新目のホテルと比較すると照明設計等で多少見劣りする。正し問題はない。目の前に7-11があり便利、2階の朝食場をラウンジとして開放、簡素だが良好である。よかった。
