The house features amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, hair dryer, AC, and heating. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower. We think our place will help you experience everything Kissimmee has to offer. Home comes with fully equipped kitchen with major kitchen appliances , pots , pans and cooking and eating utencils. Home also comes with washer and dryer inside laundry room. Guest will enjoy a private pool and access to clubhouse that has game room and big community pool and more. Please note this home does not offer any kind of pool or jacuzzi heating . There is no POOL HEATER ! So it its not available. Gas grill is available and kept locked at the property. Gas grill is rented at $60 for the entire stay and we will provide the gas as well as gas clean up after use.

nearly all the light bulbs were burnt out, the WiFi did not work, there were ants everywhere inside the house, there’s no lights around the pool, the pool net was broke, the drawers inside the fridge were broke, one of the tv remotes were broke and the tv had no power or channel buttons on the actual tv, there was very little cookware,

The entire home was spotless. The pool cleaner arrived as we entered the house. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. May be renting again this year.
