Villa Thea is located just 1km from Kissamos town and only 15 minutes away from the well-known sandy beaches of Falasarna. As it is located on a hill side - but just 2km from the beach, the villa offers incredible views of the Aegean sea and complete privacy. The Villa can accommodate 6 guests in its 3 stunning bedrooms, all equipped with smart TVs. This modernly designed villa also offers a very spacious front yard with a private 50sq.m pool, an outdoors kitchen, a BBQ and a dining area.
The space
Ground Floor
Villa Thea is a two-storey villa. The ground level features an open plan living room containing a large, comfy sofa, a smart TV along with a wireless sound system. Then, you are greeted by a modernly designed dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area also opens up to the pool terrace, equipped with an outdoor sitting area and an outdoor kitchen.
Next to the living room is the dining area which communicates with the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self-catered holiday and your family meals.
One of the bedrooms can be found on this level with direct access to the pool area.
Finally, a shared bathroom with direct access to the pool area and a utility room with a washing machine and drier is also available on the ground floor.

First Floor
Up the stairs and to the first floor, you will find a bright hallway leading you to the remaining 2 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
Each of the bedrooms has a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, overlooking the pool area and offering amazing views of the surrounding area. The whole area is sunny and airy, thanks to the large windows and enjoys beautiful sea views.

Outdoor Area
The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced. Furthermore, the surrounding area is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
Moreover our outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool.

The Pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and an outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen features a fully equipped barbecue and a sink. The dining area is shaded, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors.
Lastly, the villa offers parking space for many cars.
Guest access
The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
There is also free parking for all of our guests.
