Booked a stay here for 2 nights however my dog sledding got cancelled the night before so with not much else to do I kept moving. Even though they were not obliged to they refunded me the second night which I thought was excellent . The place was excellent value for money . The attached pub was great and strange as it may seem for a small mining town in Sweden I had what is very possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had and eat a lot of pizza ! Overall highly recommended

Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Tours were easily able to pick me up here. Bus to the train station isn't stopping there but ordering a cab or walking is an option. Great breakfast and pub!

Good breakfast, nice room, in old Kiruna. Perhaps last hotel and will be moved as well. Very friendly staff. Biggest gym I have ever seen at the hotel. Unfortunately very strange pool working hours, only after lunch and evening, no morning swim.

Very clean and cosy pub are the highlights of this hotel. I think more tour information at reception would be helpful for independent travelers, info re bus, taxi, local ski resort to make the most of the visit to kiruna.

Very convenient when you want to do tourist attractions such as northern lights tour and they pick you up there - it’s listed as one of the hotels for pickup locations. It was pretty warm inside with insulated heating and a brick wall in your room. They also provided free breakfast, cozy common room, gym, sauna, pool to use. Right next door is the arctic thai and grill restaurant so it’s very convenient to get food there within 2 min walking distance. Also it’s an 8min walking distance from the airport bus that drops you off. Make sure to get off at the last stop which is in Old Kiruna city.

Absolutely place do NOT stay. In the luxury room we can’t sleep because the bed are so hard and discomfortable. Have no shampoo, the half of light doesn’t work and we order food from the restaurante and they send to us all wrong the hotel didn’t asked us to pay for this food mistake but this doesn’t matter when you arrived after a long tour in your holiday latter and need to eat a disgusting pizza because of this mistake. We cancelled the others days and we moved to other hotel and this action save our holiday. So much stress we lived here. We don’t recommend
