Er is geen ruimte met schoenverwarming, de houtkachel is puur ter decoratie (er zitten rode lampjes in) verder is alles aanwezig en top. De afvoer van 1 badkamer was verstopt toen we aankwamen maar is binnen een dag gerepareerd. Matrassen verschillen per kamer.

Vorig jaar dit huis gehuurd met 6 volwassenen. dit jaar met 4 volwassenen en een kind, de locatie en het huisje zijn heel leuk. Maar...... de bedbodems en matrassen zijn echt wel aan vervanging toe. Mijn dochter heeft de hele week op een matras op de grond geslapen. En de herrie van de ketel, alleen erg hoorbaar in de slaapkamer (kinder) is vreselijk de BROM. Er lag geen informatie voor ons en geen gastenkaartjes zoals vorig jaar! De teleurstelling was groot dat de supermarkt verdwenen is terwijl dit in de brochure vermeld staat. Onze telefonisch ingesproken bericht over de bedden hebben we geen enkele reactie op gekregen, slechte zaak!

Hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft war alles sauber. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ein wunderbarer Blick über Aschau, ein gemütliches kleines Dorf, mit einigen super guten Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung (2 Minuten). Schöne Wanderwege ab Haus. Kirchberg ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich gegenüber dem Supermarkt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin gehen!

Ein schönes Haus im kleinen Aschau. Eine Skipiste für Anfänger ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Enkelkinder im Alter von 11 und 8 Jahren hatten dort eine wundervolle Zeit mit Schlitten und Skiern/Snowboard. Für das tolle Schneevergnügen erreichen Sie die verschiedenen Gondelbahnen in ca. 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Skibus. Die nächstgelegene ist die Gondelbahn Brixen/Westendorf. Weiter finden Sie die Maierlbahn, den Gaisberg und die Fleckalmbahn. Und noch ein Stück weiter Kitzbühel. Kurz gesagt, im Winter gibt es viel zu tun. Direkt neben dem gemütlichen Haus gibt es ein schönes Restaurant und 2 Häuser weiter ein kleiner SPAR mit allem, was man braucht und mit frischen Brötchen am Morgen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir, Großeltern, Eltern und 2 Enkelkinder, hatten hier eine wundervolle Zeit. Jedes verfügt über ein eigenes Schlafabteil mit Bad. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch schön, wenn man mit nasser Kleidung von der Piste zurückkommt. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es hier auch im Sommer ein El Dorado mit so vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen ist! Wir werden also auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
