Cleaning staff came into my room very loudly around 8am and did not knock or say they were housekeeping. With that said, this hotel does not have a security latch on the inside, so you’re while in the room hotel staff or housekeeping can access your room. Would not stay here again for that reason alone. Bathroom was very dirty, tub had brown stains and there was a strong mold smell all throughout the hotel.

Don't stay there, dirty rooms, roaches, bad smell got sick
Room had not been clean even beer was left in the room. Sheets were dirty not changed. Carpet was dirty and there were roaches. Left after first night as my son woke up sick and vomiting. The smell is so bad hotel might have mildew.lost our money.

The main floor smelt very bad. Would have left but was not sure I would get my money back. The employee was sitting in a chair playing on the phone and watched me stand at the counter for awhile before getting up to check me in. The room smelled as well, probably from the AC unit. The glass shower door did not function properly. A chair in the room had a rip. The carpets in were very dirty. Stray animal was hanging around the entrance two days in a row. The worst experience we have every had with this chain. Very dissatisfied with the entire experience and would not advice people to stay there.

Carpets are NASTY & STAINED shampoo wouldn’t help, need to be REPLACED. The beds are very high and hard for a person to get in, pillows are like trying to sleep on rocks, all 5 of them‼️‼️‼️breakfast was awesome. Staff is friendly, but speak broken English, hard to understand what you say to them, and even harder to understand the reply. VERY POOR LIGHTING IN THE ROOMS. Parking was good, entrances were good. Won’t stay there again if ever in the area with all the other choices in the area.

The breakfast ran out of hot food by 9:25. No one ever came to refill it. There were also very limited choices in other non-hot items. No flavors for coffee creamer. The tub was stained and appeared nasty. The bathroom vent was extremely loud and annoying. The bed was comfortable though, and the AC was nice and cold.

This property is in a good location but the property itself needs updating. The bathroom had stains all over the shower and toilet. The water had a terrible odor, we even had to call the front office to ask if it was safe to use. Room smelled of sewage. The sheets had multiple stains and dust all over desk and nightstands. Seems like it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Will not stay again.

Terrible!

The room was dirty and needed multiple repairs. The safe didn't work, the mirror was missing from entry wall, the shower was rusty and the door wouldn't close, there were miscellaneous stains on the bathroom door, the floor felt sticky and the entire room needed painting including the ceiling. The rugs throughout the halls and entrance needed to be shampooed or replaced. Worst La Quinta we have ever stayed in.
