A disaster reservation

The owner had my payment and confirmed reservation since 5/24/20. This was for an out of town family wedding..which I was in. She never sent check in info...after multiple texts and emails with no response..I started calling her repeatedly on check in day...to get a text " you are not on my calender". I called again..I left a voicemail..re: you have my full payment for over a year. I have your confirmation as well as a years worth of vrbo confirmations. I receive a text..property not available under renovation..will proceed with refund process. Vrbo customer service instructed me to keep calling her and go to the property at 3 pm check in..if she doesn't show..call vrbo back..to be relocated. We should drive 3 hours with 4 dogs and wait and see if you can get me a location! What kind of solution is that. So because of your irresponsible property owner and your ridiculous guarantee practice..I missed the wedding rehearsal. Then I get an email with a refund total that does not include the pet/cleaning/service fees I paid. You were default on your agreement..did not provide anything I was charged for. I will never use or recommend this nightmare outfit to anyone!!!!!

We loved it! Super nice place, clean and you could fine whatever you want.the guestroom Could have some more room for the cloths and would be a 10 if it has a toilet downstairs but anyways, we really enjoyed our stay there!! Lovely place
